Both myself & Darren would like to say a massive thank you for helping us to save money on our Mobile Phones for our Business.
I spoke with you regarding how much we were spending on our then current mobile phones & how much usage we were getting for our money. You took the time to have a meeting with us, took away some of our recent phone bills to look over and reassured us that you could get us a better deal, saving us both money and time in having to shop around. As promised you arranged a package for us that was more suitable to our needs, not only saving us money but also getting us more for it! You also made sure that the switch over did not effect us loosing any phone calls as this is crucial in our line of business, with people needing to get hold of us 24/7.
I can honestly say that from the start we have had an excellent and very professional service from you and I am confident this will continue. Therefore, I will definitely be recommending your services to other businesses.

20:20 Dialogue provide Contact Centre services and specialise in helping clients improve their customer contact strategy, showing how improvements within call handling, data usage and digital channels can create tangible business benefits that reduce costs and increase profit.
In April 2011, 20:20 Dialogue decided to review their telecoms infrastructure and associated costs. Although 20:20 have a Telecoms Manager in place, due to the lack of resource, time and wanting to have an independent view, 20:20 felt that it would be advantageous to engage with external independent consultants to carry out this review assisting my self and our Telecoms Manager to review our present and future requirements (across BT and other Tier one Carriers) in order to provide feedback on if 20:20 were receiving the best services at the most competitive rates available.
20:20 were recommended to engage the services of JB Consultancy UK Ltd alongside two other consultants that specialise in this market.
All three service providers were asked to visit and provide details on the services they provide highlighting their expertise and initial recommendations. From these meetings 20:20 then made the decision to utilise JB Consultancy, primarily due to the extensive and comprehensive knowledge that they had with BT (20:20's present service provider) in addition to knowing that they were a reputable and trustworthy consultant who specialise in helping businesses of all sizes, to save money across Telecoms and Utilities across the UK.
Immediately after instructing JBConsultancy UK Ltd to investigate our situation they were proactive in the collection and analyses of telecoms bills thus identifying tariff's available and the benefits of them. JBConsultancy also evaluated our current supplier BT with several other Telecoms operators within the UK clearly outlining the differences.
Result; on this occasion JBConsultancy didn't identify any changes required and subsequently there were no cost savings available on this occasion.
I was extremely pleased with the availability, professionalism and efficiency of the service provided and due to this am happy to provide this recommendation having no hesitation in recommending them to other companies looking to utilise the same service.
